A Pushpa Matrimony Member may include a prospective bride or groom, or their parent, guardian, sibling, relative, or friend (“Registrant”) who creates or manages a profile on their behalf.
“Pushpa Matrimony Services” means the online matrimonial services provided by Pushpa Matrimony, including profile registration, browsing, matchmaking, communication tools, and other related features available through the website or its digital platforms

Eligibility
  1. To register as a member of Pushpa Matrimony or use its services, you must be of legally marriageable age as per the laws of India.
  • For males, this means 21 years or above.
  • For females, this means 18 years or above.

    2. By using this website, you confirm that you meet the above age criteria and are legally competent to enter into a marriage under the

        laws of India.

    3. Membership is allowed only for:

  • Individuals seeking marriage for themselves, or
  • Parents, guardians, siblings, relatives, or friends registering on behalf of a prospective bride or groom.

         Pushpa Matrimony reserves the right to restrict or terminate the membership of any user who is found to be underage, has provided 

         false information, or violated any applicable laws.

Registration

  2. During registration, you agree to provide true, current, and complete details about yourself (or the person you are registering for). Any false or misleading information may lead to suspension or permanent removal of your account.

Role and Responsibility of Pushpa Matrimony Member

  • Profile Accuracy:
    Every member must provide true, accurate, and complete information while creating or updating their profile. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  • Use of Platform:
    Members shall use Pushpa Matrimony only for the lawful purpose of finding a suitable life partner and not for commercial, business, or friendship networking purposes.

  • Respectful Conduct:
    Members must interact respectfully and responsibly with others.

    • No abusive, obscene, or offensive communication is allowed.

    • Members should not harass, threaten, or misbehave with other users in any manner.

  • Confidentiality and Safety:

    • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information.

    • Avoid sharing sensitive details such as financial data, home address, or passwords with other users.

    • Exercise caution during personal meetings or communications.

  • Prohibited Activities:
    Members shall not:

    • Post or share false, defamatory, or unlawful content.

    • Create multiple profiles for the same individual.

    • Use another person’s profile without authorization.

    • Promote or advertise any products, services, or external links.

  • Legal Compliance:
    Members agree to follow all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code, 2021.

  • Reporting Misuse:
    If a member encounters fraudulent activity or inappropriate behavior, they should report it immediately to Pushpa Matrimony’s support team for appropriate action.

Medium of Communication to BM Members

By registering on www.pushpamatrimony.in, members consent to receive such communications from Pushpa Matrimony, its affiliates, and authorized partners. Members are advised to ensure that their contact details, including mobile number and email address, are accurate and updated in their profile to avoid missing important messages.

Confidentiality

Pushpa Matrimony is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all information shared by its members. Any personal details, contact information, or other data provided during registration or while using our services will be stored securely and used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disputes Between Members
