1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for membership or other paid services on Pushpa Matrimony are non-refundable, regardless of whether the user utilizes the services in full or in part. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

  • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.

  • The transaction was charged but the service was not activated due to system failure.

In such cases, the user must inform our Customer Support Team within 7 working days from the date of payment by sending an email to contact@pushpamatrimony.in with the transaction details. After verification, any eligible refund will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original mode of payment.

4. Change or Cancellation of Services

Users can upgrade or modify their membership plans; however, no partial refund or adjustment will be provided for unused periods or downgraded services.

5. Third-Party Payments

Pushpa Matrimony is not responsible for any payments made to third-party individuals or unauthorized agents. Payments should only be made through our official website or verified channels.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding payment or refund, the decision of Pushpa Matrimony’s management shall be final and binding.

1. Membership Cancellation by User

 

  • You may cancel your Pushpa Matrimony membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the option to deactivate or delete your profile.

  • Once your membership is canceled, your profile and all associated information may be deleted or hidden from other members.

  • However, please note that cancellation of membership does not entitle you to any refund, as all payments made are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

 

2. Cancellation by Pushpa Matrimony

 

Pushpa Matrimony reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel any membership without notice under the following conditions:

 

  • Violation of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

  • Misuse of the platform for purposes other than genuine matrimonial matchmaking.

  • Submission of false, misleading, or offensive content.

  • Complaints received from other members regarding inappropriate behavior.

In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration of membership.

 

4. Technical or Operational Issues

 

If your account or membership is canceled due to a technical or operational error from our end, the issue will be reviewed, and a suitable remedy—such as reactivation or extension of service—will be provided at the discretion of Pushpa Matrimony.
